“‘I’m so glad I don’t like asparagus,’ said the small girl to a sympathetic friend, ‘Because, if I did, I should have to eat it — and I can’t bear it!’” — Charles Lutwidge Dodgson (Lewis Carroll)
where did this picture come from?
I was sent the picture from a reader when I asked for Lewis Carroll images. I have been told it is a photoshoped image showing Carroll and one of the young girls who he lived near while writing a lot of his most popular work.
